GENERAL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND ORDERING INFORMATION
ORDERING:
All orders should specify the following information: bag style, Bag size, handle style, handle color, film color, number of colors to be printed, position of copy (distance from sides and distance from bottom). All orders must be accompanied by either your signed purchase order or our sales order signed by a representative from your company.
ORDERING QUANTITIES:
Not less than the minimum in each category. Bags will only be sold in full case lots for orders of less than 1,000 bags. When ordering in between quantities the price will be of the lesser quantity price.
PROOFS:
A paper proof will be submitted on all new orders, at no extra charge, for your approval. All orders with new art must have proof signed and returned to us before production begins.
Questions on art work and plate charges (and other print preparation) must be settled before proof is approved and production begins.
QUOTATIONS:
Use catalog for all quantities. For quantities above the listed amounts, call for price quote. For special styles sizes, guages, handles, colors, etc., call for quote.
SHIPPING:
All orders shipped F.O.B. our warehouse, Freehold, NJ. All orders not specified will be shipped prepaid and add. If no "ship to" address is included, the bags will be shipped to the distributor when ready. Normal freight method (weight permitting) will be shipped via UPS Ground or
common carrier. Split shipments can be made to your customer's location at a charge of $20.00(V) per location. On orders of 25,000 plastic bags or 5,000 paper shopping bags, there will be no charge for split shipments.
PRODUCTION TIME:
Normal delivery time for printed bags will be approximately four (4) weeks. (Earlier delivery will require a rush charge). Production time starts from the time we receive approval of proof, NOT FROM DATE OF ORDER! Times vary depending on the time of year. Contact us for any special delivery dates needed. All orders required for sure ship dates must be discussed with us before a firm commitment is made. Non sure dated orders are approximate, and all efforts will be made to deliver on time. Merchandise manufactured must be accepted whether these dates are maintained or not. Any special shipping methods required to meet specific client needs are not our responsibility.
RETURNS:
No items may be returned to us without prior written authorization. We will not be responsible for freight charges of the inbound freight.
CANCELLATIONS:
There will be a $50.00 net charge to the distributor for any cancelled orders. This will be in addition to any art work or plate costs incurred up to the time of written cancellation.
RUSH CHARGES:
Rush charges will depend upon the amount of time needed to produce the item. Call for quote.
PRICES:
All prices in this catalog are priced either by 100s or 1,000s. Be careful when quoting prices which quantity pertain to which item. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN NOTIFICATION!
PRINTING INFORMATION AND SPECIFICATIONS
PRINTING:
PLASTIC BAGS AND PAPER BAGS:
The printing process used is flexographic printing requiring separated art, metal engravings, and rubber plates. All art and plates require special charges (see estimation table below). NOTE: The prices below assume that the printing is for one color on two sides.

To estimate plate charges, add 2" to width and height of art.
Bags that are 10" wide or less require a second set of plates
because more than one bag will run at the same time.
Calculation: 1.5 times above prices.

ART:
All sketches, mechanical art work, and corrections to mechanicals will be charged in addition to plate charges. Changes made by you, not due to our error, will be charged for in proportion to the amount of work required.

HOT STAMPING:
One plate required per color per job. The plate charge is $5.00 (V) per square inch with a minimum of $80.00 (V).
BOTTOM GUSSET PRINTING:
Distributor name can be printed on all bags with bottom gussets. We must be notified at the time of order whether or not we should use your logo. WE WILL NOT INCLUDE DISTRIBUTOR LOGO UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO! Printing of distributor name on bags without bottom gussets must be specified on order, noting the position and size. Any other information required will be printed in bottom gusset, at your request, at no additional cost.

PMS COLOR MATCHES: $125.00 (V) PER JOB COLOR.
FOR ORDERS OF 25,000 OR MORE THERE WILL BE NO COLOR MATCH CHARGE.
